In 2010, Chip Heath and Dan Heath (of Made to Stick fame) were featured in an article in Inc. Magazine titled, How to Get People to Change, in which the brothers discussed their new book on change management. The findings in the article resonated with us and generated many thoughtful internal SSC discussions about they could be approached from a sustainability standpoint. Through this process, we created a series of blog entries about how to get people to change (for the greener which) which we shared with our readers at that time. Since the concepts in the article still ring true, we thought it would be helpful to have the series compiled into a short white paper. Enjoy!
