No, please don't.

We only review resumes for specific consultant positions and internship program a few times a year, so don't bother submitting a resume “for future consideration”.

It's not that you aren't fabulous, it's just that we don't have enough time to manage resumes for 600 people all at one time. Even with these FAQs asking people not to contact us about jobs (and giving them other ways to get involved with SSC), we still receive a handful of job-inquiry emails each week. Responding to each of them takes up time that we would rather spend on client work.

So please don't send us your resume.

(And for those of you who will ignore this section and send us an unsolicited resume anyway--note that we delete your emails and consider you a spammer.  It's a hard line, but we're looking for people who would be a good cultural fit with our organization -- and that excludes people who don't do their research about our company to learn about our loathing for unsolicited resumes, and those who don't respect our process for hiring.)
