A webinar is just like a conference call, except with a web component. You'll register for the event on our website and at the appointed time you'll click on a website link that we provide to you via email. This link will open a new browser window and prompt you through a sign-in process. Once you are logged in, you will then use a telephone to call into the conference line, so that you can hear the audio portion of the event. (You may also use your computer speakers and a headset, if you prefer.) Note: the phone number is NOT toll free, so you'll want to take measures to avoid egregious phone bills.
