Jennifer Woofter, Founder and President

Jennifer is the founder and president of SSC. She draws upon a decade of expertise in the fields of corporate social responsibility, ethical investing, and organizational accountability systems to help clients make the leap between good intentions and long-term sustainable performance. Allison Ries, Marketing and Outreach Manager

Allison is SSC's Marketing and Outreach Manager.  She coordinates the flood of communications flowing into and out of the SSC office, including initial contact with potential clients, members of the SSC Consultant Network, and our internship program. Allison brings over 8 years of experience in strategic communications, and has a wide skill set to pull from on the go. She's the gatekeeper, so be nice! 


Lisa Barnard, Sustainable Brands Consultant

Lisa’s strengths lie in helping companies understand the relevancy of the “green” or “sustainable” movement and positioning brands in this space through authentic communications and cost-effective strategies. Brain Lab’s mission is to help clients build brands through sustainable practices.  Her mission is to help clients build brands through sustainable practices.

 


Bobby Croghan, Green Building and Design Genius

Bobby brings a wealth of interior design experience to the green building world.   Actively involved in the local community, he works with clients on commercial and residential "greening" projects, and brings a holistic perspective to his design ideas. He currently serves as the Chair of the Residential Green Building Advocacy Committee of the USGBC National Capitol Region.

 

 

Dune Ives, Climate Change Leadership Consultant

Dune brings cross-sector experience working with organizations on a variety of issues including stakeholder building, market research, program evaluation, business strategy development and sustainability planning.  As a member of former Vice-President Al Gore’s organization, The Climate Project, she is conversant on the latest climate change science and business leadership perspectives.

 

Erik Froyd, Value Chain Expert

Erik brings his experience in corporate operations, non-profit leadership and sustainable economic development to his sustainability consulting work. Current projects through the consultancy include sustainability assessment and reporting for a large agricultural concern in Mexico, REDD Carbon project development in the Mamoni Valley in Panama, Monitoring and Evaluation design for a non-motorized transportation project in Kenya. 


Geoff Stack, Sustainable Design Expert

Geoff is a sustainability and design consultant and helps clients and communities build beyond sustainability through the careful coordination of regenerative development projects. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has introduced project collaborators to whole-systems design approaches and has written sustainability guidelines for public open space, university campus and urban redevelopment projects. 

 

Robert Pojasek, Eco-Efficiency Guru

Bob is an internationally recognized authority on the topic of business sustainability and process improvement. With 35 years experience working with a diverse range of manufacturing and service sectors, non-government organizations (NGOs) and governments, he has helped organizations plan and implement sustainability programs that operate at the local level. Bob developed the Systems Approach to Process Improvement, a method that facilitates the involvement of employees in a managed program.
