Washington DC, May 4, 2010, Strategic Sustainability Consulting (SSC) is pleased to announce the next class of its popular Green Auditor Certification Program, to be held in Washington, DC from May 26-28, 2010. Participants will learn all of the skills needed to take an organization through the Green Audit process, including:
- Determining employees’ attitudes and awareness about “going green”
- Calculating a carbon footprint
- Assessing environmental strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
- Providing relevant, cost-effective, and impactful green recommendations
In addition, participants receive premium membership in the SSC Consultant Network and unlimited support in building a sustainability consulting practice.
The Certification Program is designed for individuals with a strong knowledge of environmental issues, who have a passion for sustainability but have no formal audit training. Our Green Auditor Program runs over a 3-day period and will allow you to become a “Certified SSC Green Auditor”.
