Last Thursday Jennifer Woofter, founder and president of Strategic Sustainability Consulting, was a guest speaker during the GreenCare Awards Program webinar on green practices for healthcare marketing professionals. Jason Skinner, chief marketing officer of True North Custom Media also presented as attendees learned about the basics of implementing green practices in hospitals. Participants came away with immediate opportunities to make hospitals more environmentally friendly, tips on how to incorporate these efforts into overall marketing strategy, and ways to “sell” green practices to the CEO and CFO.
